Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Keepingrobin Tree Service wants keepingrobin.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make the site usable for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Allow full use of the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets, and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@keepingrobin.living and we will do our part to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your comments on how accessible this site is. Email contact@keepingrobin.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device, or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work in Progress
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
